HOW TO WORK WITH ME

I work hand in hand with lawyers, agency owners, content creators, and service providers just like you to make your entrepreneurial dreams a reality.

My journey has prepared me for this role. I stepped into the online business world back in 2016, during my first year of undergrad at the University of the West Indies. Hailing from Jamaica, I immersed myself in the world of freelancing, balancing paralegal work and social media management. During that time, I built my personal brand as a content creator on platforms like Instagram and YouTube, collaborating with brands across the Caribbean and North America.

I’m the friend who always has to explain what they do for a living at the dinner table because well, I’m multi-passionate. What was once my greatest insecurity, I have embraced as my biggest strength. 

FAST FORWARD..

through years of growth and learning, I successfully completed Law school and alongside my legal pursuits, founded an agency specializing in social media management for law firms worldwide. I always knew I would use my Law degree untraditionally.

I'm happily married to my high school sweetheart, Xaundre, the love of my life and my rock in all aspects. This deep-rooted value of family informs every aspect of my work, as I strive to serve CEOs from a deeply personal place. My work is positioned to serve life-first entrepreneurs who value work-life balance above all things.

I knew I needed the freedom to be authentically me. Entrepreneurship became my calling—a wild ride of highs and lows that I fully embrace, just like you.
After two successful years of running my agency, I felt the tug for more. It was time for growth, just as it would be in any career.   So I looked within my business at the areas that brought me joy AND ding ding ding: I realized that business strategy, operations, systems, project management, and building team culture ignited a fire within me. That’s how I ended up choosing to launch out as an Online Business Manager.

Leaving behind the security of a cushy legal job was a decision met with raised eyebrows, as you can imagine...
